I can't live without the hamburger. It's the best and I've tried several different farms around the tri-city area. Very little fat content. Just good lean hamburger! Like we used to have when I was growing up.

Hey guys. We have y'all listed on our website with a link so don't get mad if some bride asks about you. We mainly have you listed as sites we have done events at. Hope to come visit if things ever slow down and VT has a off weekend.

Dear Sir or Madam,
First let me say I love Elim Springs Farm’s Milk! I also love how the farm strives to be stewards of Gods creation.
This all started with going to local famers markets in the Richmond area in an effort to improve our families health by eating real homegrown foods and natural products. After doing extensive research on what stores are selling currently as pasteurized milk, I knew we had to find a farm I could join, so my family and I could consume unpasteurized milk. That farm was Elim Springs.
After visiting with many of the local farms running similar operations, I decided to go with Elim Springs because of the clean operation they are running and the excellent customer service I received prior to signing up. Any questions or concerns I had were more then answered by Elim Springs, through our email conversations.
I support Elim Springs Farm as they seek a USDA value-added grant. I have been their customer for the past year. Our family purchases their products through the on-line web store and our products are delivered to a local drop site.
We hope the Hamiltons can move forward with plans for expanding the farm operation. Increasing the production of eggs, milk, and meat will mean they can fill our weekly needs adequately. For our family, being able to purchase local products from a trusted source is our top priority.
I write this letter officially recommending Elim Springs Farm as a local outstanding business. They deserve to receive this grant for all of their hard work over the years, as they continue to be the best stewards they can of Gods creation.

I have been getting my chicken and sausage from Elim Springs for over 2 years. I can honestly say there is no better chicken. The flavor is amazing, the quality top notch, and their farming practices provide the hormone/antibiotic/free range chicken that I want to provide for my family. I have two very picky eaters and THIS is the chicken that they will eat with no fuss at all. And they beg for the sausage! We love this family, their farm, and all that they produce!

We love Elim Springs Farm because we can order nearly everything (meat/chicken/eggs/dairy) from them and pick up at one location. Having been to their farm many times, we are comfortable knowing that Rich and Kristi really care for their animals with clean and humane practices. We have NO seasonal allergies since we have been drinking their milk. NONE! It is a great gift to have their healthy food each and every day. We are so fortunate to have them in our community!!!

I have been a part of Elim Springs' herd share for quite some time - never have I had such delicious milk! And knowing that it is so good for my family makes it even better. Rich and Kristi are wonderful - they truly care about their animals and they deliver such amazing products. From meat to eggs and milk, Elim Springs is a great place to get real, whole, healthy food for your family.

We have been ordering from Elim Springs for over a year now and are so glad to have found you. Elim has the best beef, pork, chicken and eggs hands down. Couldn't imagine ever ordering from anyone else. Plus Rich and Kristi are the best to work with; very prompt and accommodating. I am so excited that you will be expanding and look forward to purchasing even more in the future. You guys are the best!!!!

I was happy to find I could get raw milk from Elim Springs Farm every week. Then I added a dozen eggs to my delivery, and sometimes I get meat too. The milk is so delicious and healthier than what's currently offered in the store. And Richard is very nice, quick to respond to inquiries- friendly and informative. I really look forward to picking up my milk and eggs every week at a convenient health store. Thank you, Elim Springs Farm.

I was so excited when a friend told me about Elim Springs Farm. For over two years it was my desire to drink raw milk but there was no one that delivered close enough to my home to make it feasible. Thank God for Rich Hamilton, his family and ESF! I look forward to my milk and eggs being delivered every week. When I first made this decision, I though it was going to be an extra monthly expense...but it has proved to be quite the opposite. I purchase my meat from Rich as well and find I actually spend less money in groceries each month because I don't make as trips to the store where I always seem to come away with more items than I had planned to purchase. I also eat healthier because with fewer trips to the store, I'm not tempted to buy as much "junk food". So thankful to have ESF!!
